The vehicle drop-off and pick-up service is only available to Storage & Fly customers. If you are not a customer, please become a customer before continuing.

The pick-up service is free if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered an express pick-up service and will cost €40. Service hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. If a pick-up is scheduled outside these hours, it will be considered an out-of-hours service and a surcharge of €20 will apply.

If your flight is delayed, please call the following number after landing and your car will be waiting at the drop-off point in 15 minutes: +34 613 26 33 73
It is important that you do not call this number for booking-related matters or in case of emergency, as the drivers will not be able to assist you with these.

NOTE: The pick-up time depends on your flight arrival time. 30 minutes after you land, the car will be ready for pick-up.

Notes about the booking

When making a reservation on our booking page, please click "Submit" and then wait approximately 20 seconds for the PDF to be generated automatically. You can download this PDF, and it serves as confirmation of your service request. We receive the same PDF and will process your request accordingly.

Please also check your spam or junk mail folder from time to time, as our confirmation emails may occasionally end up there. If you do not receive the PDF, it is likely that the request was not submitted successfully. In that case, we kindly ask you to make the reservation again.
