_builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;USER&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;SERVICE OPERATION&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The service is based on an <strong>active subscription<\/strong> model, which allows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to the booking system<\/li>\n<li>Use of the vehicle pick-up, storage, and delivery service at the airport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each booking corresponds to a single vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=&#8221;#B3B3B3&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;BOOKING PROCESS&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h2&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The service consists of the pick-up, transfer, storage, and subsequent delivery of the user&#8217;s vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Vehicle delivery &#8211; start of service&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The user must bring their vehicle to the agreed airport location<\/li>\n<li>They must identify themselves and show their booking to Storage &amp; Fly staff<\/li>\n<li>After proper identification, they will hand over the vehicle and its keys to the staff<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, staff may record the vehicle&#8217;s condition at that time using photographs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Vehicle collection &#8211; end of service&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The user must request vehicle delivery at least <strong>48 hours in advance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The vehicle specified in said request will be delivered to the agreed airport location<\/li>\n<li>To collect the vehicle, the user must present the booking confirmation together with a valid identification document<\/li>\n<li>If such documentation is not provided, the user must sufficiently prove ownership of or authorization to collect the vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Storage &amp; Fly S.L. shall not be liable for fraudulent use of forged or misleading documentation<\/li>\n<li>Any incident or complaint must be reported immediately upon vehicle collection and before leaving the premises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Additional Operating Conditions&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Out-of-hours services may incur an additional cost<\/li>\n<li>The user is responsible for informing of changes to their flight or plans<\/li>\n<li>The user must arrive at least 10 minutes before the agreed time<\/li>\n<li>Storage &amp; Fly S.L. shall not be liable for missed flights caused by delays, traffic conditions, airport incidents or the user\u2019s lack of punctuality<\/li>\n<li>The vehicle may be moved within or between Storage &amp; Fly S.L. facilities for logistical, operational or space optimisation purposes<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of the vehicle keys, or a copy thereof, is mandatory for the provision of the service<\/li>\n<li>The company reserves the right to refuse vehicles due to their size, condition or any circumstance affecting the proper provision of the service<\/li>\n<li>Additional charges may apply to oversized or poorly maintained vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Availability of covered parking spaces during the first 10 days of storage is not guaranteed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=&#8221;#B3B3B3&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;AUTHORIZED DRIVERS&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only the user and persons registered as authorized for that vehicle may collect the vehicle<\/li>\n<li>To add authorized drivers, this must be done <strong>48 hours in advance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The authorization process can only be initiated by the user<\/li>\n<li>You will be asked to provide the authorized person&#8217;s full name and identification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No vehicle will be delivered without identity verification[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=&#8221;#B3B3B3&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;PRICES AND PAYMENTS&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prices are indicated in euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes<\/li>\n<li>Subscription payment is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> to confirm the contract<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle collection will not be permitted if there are outstanding payments<\/li>\n<li>Storage &amp; Fly S.L. may retain the vehicle until all outstanding amounts relating to the service have been paid in full<\/li>\n<li>All prices include applicable taxes and may be modified at any time prior to contracting the service<\/li>\n<li>Services provided outside standard operating hours may incur additional surcharges published on the website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=&#8221;#B3B3B3&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;Separador&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;DURATION, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h2&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Nature of the service&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The service operates under a <strong>subscription<\/strong> model that grants the right of use during the contracted period<\/li>\n<li>This subscription must remain active to drop off or collect vehicles at Storage &amp; Fly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Start of service and right of withdrawal&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By completing the contract, the user expressly requests the immediate start of the service<\/li>\n<li>Consequently, and in accordance with current regulations, the user <strong>loses their right of withdrawal once the service has started<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Duration and renewal&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The service subscription will have the duration contracted at the time of purchase<\/li>\n<li>The subscription may be renewed to continue using the service<\/li>\n<li>If not renewed, access to make new bookings will be lost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Stored vehicles&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]If the user has a vehicle stored and their subscription ends:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They must <strong>renew the subscription obligatorily<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>During the subscription&#8217;s inactive period, current rates will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The vehicle may be collected after renewal.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Cancellation&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The user may cancel the subscription at any time<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation <strong>does not imply<\/strong> a refund for the period already paid<\/li>\n<li>The service will remain active and can continue to be enjoyed until the end of the contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Unused bookings&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Bookings made and not used <strong>will not be refundable<\/strong>, unless legally required.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Abandoned Vehicles&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]A vehicle may be considered potentially abandoned if it remains parked for more than 10 months without communication from the owner or without payment of outstanding amounts.<\/p>\n<p>In such cases, Storage &amp; Fly S.L. may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attempt to contact the vehicle owner<\/li>\n<li>Retain the vehicle until outstanding amounts have been fully paid<\/li>\n<li>Notify the competent authorities<\/li>\n<li>Initiate any legally permitted procedures for removal, auction or deregistration of the vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the vehicle owner.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=&#8221;#B3B3B3&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;Separador&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;LIABILITY&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h2&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Liability of the Parking Operator&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Spanish Law 40\/2002 of 14 November regulating vehicle parking contracts, Storage &amp; Fly S.L. shall be liable for damages or losses affecting the vehicle or the user during the provision of the service, except where such damages are caused by third parties.<\/p>\n<p>This includes, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal injuries resulting from defective or unsafe facilities<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by structural failures, flooding, burst pipes or falling objects<\/li>\n<li>Theft or unlawful removal of the vehicle or integrated vehicle components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following are excluded from liability:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Damage caused by weather conditions in uncovered parking areas<\/li>\n<li>Non-fixed objects or accessories left inside the vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by animals, including rats, rodents or similar animals present on the premises<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical breakdowns or technical malfunctions inherent to the vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Likewise, the company does not guarantee the continuous availability of the website or the absence of technical errors.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Storage &amp; Fly S.L. does not carry out mechanical inspections prior to vehicle storage<\/li>\n<li>The user is responsible for documenting any pre-existing damage with photographs at the time of handover<\/li>\n<li>Claims relating to minor superficial damage under 5 cm shall not be accepted unless there is clear evidence directly linking such damage to the service provided<\/li>\n<li>The user must remove all non-fixed items from the vehicle before delivery<\/li>\n<li>The company shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, documents, electronic devices or protective covers left inside the vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;Insurance and Roadworthiness Inspection&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; title_level=&#8221;h3&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text ul_position=&#8221;inside&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]The user guarantees that the vehicle has at all times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid compulsory motor insurance<\/li>\n<li>A valid roadworthiness inspection certificate (MOT\/ITV or equivalent), where legally required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Failing this, Storage &amp; Fly S.L. shall not assume any responsibility for repairs, internal vehicle movements or transportation of the vehicle.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=&#8221;#B3B3B3&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;Separador&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_heading title=&#8221;SERVICE AVAILABILITY&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243;
